Q: aku ada satu persoalan la, apa pendapat mu tentang org yg guna software pirate. smalam ada member aku dtg ofis, dia terkejut la tgk aku beli software beribu2 padahal budak lain pakai pirate pun dapat projek. aku malas nak jawab. kalu dah keje kita jual produk cth mcm animasi kena la pakai software tu, tp software tu kita tak beli secara halal, produk kita jual pun tak halal la kan? ke guane?

A: Salams Awie,

Subhanallah, this is a very good question:

Memang betul dalam Islam, mencari rezeki Halal tu PENTING sangat-sangat. Kalau rezeki kong, darah daging kong, amal ibadah pun kong, kubur kong, akhirat kong. So, baguslah mung beli hak ori tu, mashaAllah. May Allah SWT reward you immensely Ameen.

So, basic rule dia ialah - If copying software, books, etc. for the intended purpose does not violate the terms and conditions of copyright, then it will be permissible. Mana ada copyright law la ni yang kata boleh cetak rompak dak? Hahah. Using things belonging to someone without his permission is haram ain't it. So... The practise of pirating registered software and copyrights is not permissible. The sale of such software is not permissible The proceeds of such sales will also not be permissible.

So sapa ada kekuatan amal yang ori, teruskan - sapa yang takde - too bad, there's no compromise unfortunately.

Ada juga ustaz-ustaz kat piracy boleh. Safe route is to not take chances.

Ulama bagi nasihat:

Akhlak sempurna menyatukan Ummat.

Mu'amalat sempurna memelihara amal ibadah kita.
(i.e. halal living akan buat segala solat, qur'an kita ada value di akhirat nanti)

Hope that answers your question. Boleh dak aku forward isu ni to our batch? Isu semasa.

JKK
