Women - Dressing In Public 101
For a woman, any dress that has attractive designs and reveals the form and shape of her body, cannot be worn in public.
She may wear such dresses in the company of her Muhrim family members and husband only.

If onlyyy if onlyyyyyyyyy all muslim women followed the dress codes of Islam. They are aware of the hadith and the rules however they do not care and believe that Allah will forgive them. We do not know who Allah will forgive. This is something which should be spread and taught amongst the Muslims.
