Permissible Time To Pray Asr Solat

The time for Asr Solat is divided into two, Mustahab (preferable) and Makruh (reprehensible).

The Mustahab time for Asr Solat is until the sun is so bright that it is difficult to set one's gaze on the sun, the eyes will dazzle.

The Makruh time commences upon the sun losing that brightness.

Asr Solat can be performed until sunset. Of course, one should catch it earliest i.e. after the azan with jamaah at a mosque.
