Hell 101

In Islam and in the Qur'an, Hell is called Jahannam or place of fire. It is the eternal place for
disbelievers and a temporary place for sinful believers. The Qur'an describes the fierce blazes of the fire.

Rasulullah SAW said:

"The fire of this world is one-seventieth (1/70) of the fire of Hell."

Rasulullah SAW also said:

"The fire of Jahannam burnt for one thousand years until it was red, then another one thousand years until it was white, then another one thousand years until it turned black."
